MITOC Member
MITOC has a homegrown membership system - this tool manages it all seamlessly.
Each MIT Outing Club member is required to pay annual dues and sign a liability waiver in order to make use of the club. We rely on CyberSource and DocuSign, respectively, to process payments and collect waivers. This Flask-based webserver interfaces with both services to keep our internal membership database current. API integrations provide easy user flows and mutual TLS endpoints ensure that member records are updated immediately following a user action.

By leveraging the DocuSign API, waivers may be initiated directly from member accounts.
Key fields pre-completed
After redirection to DocuSign, users see their key information already filled in.
Unified waiver for minor and guardian
Minors may participate in club activities, so long as parental consent is provided.
